It all started with a twenty dollar bill....Well, not really. Here's how it really went.

Before Shade and Ellie were together, they would talk all the time on snapchat. This went on for a couple of months until they stopped talking. Apparently Ellie ghosted Him (she has no recollection of this ever happening.) After a couple months they started talking again and one thing led to another and they were bringing each other food whenever the other person got some. Neither of them would let the other person pay them back, so they kept handing the same twenty dollar bill back and forth for a really long time. They would hide the money in the food bags and anywhere they could.

Meanwhile, Ellie's family went on a week long camping trip, with everyone, including Shade, because he was friends with Ellie's brother. The camping trip was really the start to their relationship. They found away to be near each other often.

After the trip, on they way home Shade and Ellie were riding together. Halfway through the drive back home Shade asked Ellie a question. He did not like her answer and did not talk to her the rest of the drive. Shade was actually pretty mad (Shade likes to deny this.) Anyways when they got back to Ellie's house, they still haven't talked. Later that night Ellie and her sister were in the car talking to shade over snapchat. Ellie's sister was helping her with what to say because Shade confessed his feelings for Ellie. The next day Shade was at Ellie's house while Ellie was out with her mom and sister. When Ellie got back to the house she found that same twenty dollar bill in her room with something written on it. She took it into the bathroom because she didn't want to read it in front of everyone. when she opened it she freaked out and called her sister into the bathroom. After they both read what was on the money, they went outside to Ellie's parents to show them. Written on the twenty dollar bill was "Ellie+Shade? Ellie then sat in the middle of the street to write down her answer. "As of 8-15-20"

Ellie took the money upstairs to Shade and slid it in his pocket. He took it out and read it was was shocked that she actually said yes to him. They went downstairs to talk away from people. Before they were officially together Ellie made Shade talk to her brother and make sure he was okay with them dating, because they were friends first.

Now they were officially dating after that and have been together since. They are extremely exited to be getting married and can't wait to share their special day with everyone they love.
