The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm on the grass lawn at Ole Hanson Beach Club (address is on the Home page of our website).

The reception will begin at 4:30pm with cocktail hour on the outdoor East Deck of Ole Hanson. Dinner will be held on the outdoor West Deck of Ole Hanson and will begin at 6:00pm.

There are many public parking options near Ole Hanson that guests are welcome to park in. The most convenient guest parking is the metered lot adjacent to the venue for $1.50/hour from 9am to 10pm daily. Other options include complimentary parking within walking distance in residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda and allows for overnight unmetered parking.

Yes, Ole Hanson has an elevator and ADA accessible restrooms on the first floor.

The dress code is beach semi-formal attire. Keeping in mind that the venue is next to the ocean, lighter fabrics and colors are encouraged. The ceremony will be held on the lawn, so thicker heels or flats are recommended. Jackets and ties are optional. No jeans or tuxedos, please! :)

Yes! Kids of all ages are welcome to attend, just make sure to let us know who will be attending when you RSVP. Our caterer can also provide kid meals if requested!

Our food and bar will be catered by the top-rated catering company in Orange County, and will include an open bar with luxury liquors, beer and wine, hors d'oeuvres, a buffet dinner, and various desserts.

Our caterer can accommodate most dietary restrictions including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. Just let us know when you RSVP!

We will create a RSVP page on our website once invitations are sent out, around 12 weeks prior to the wedding date. You’ll be able to RSVP and note any dietary restrictions there.
