We would love to see your favorite outfit and have family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal/formal) for our wedding. We kindly ask that there are no jeans, flip flops, tennis shoes, athletic wear or shorts.

We love our kiddos! But we are having a 16+ wedding, unless stated differently on your invitation. We hope this is a much deserved date night for the parents!

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our family and friends!

We ask that you avoid wearing white. This is a summer wedding so pastels, bright summery colors, etc would be preferred! It's only warm here a few months out of the year; take advantage of it;)

If you stated on your RSVP you needed transportation the bus with pick guests up from the Element Hotel at 3:15pm and depart the Element at 3:25pm. It will then go to the Courtyard where it will be loading at 3:30pm and departing at 3:40pm. There will be a bus departing the venue at 9:00pm and 12:05am for guests going to the hotels. If you did not RSVP that you needed transportation to the venue we will not be able to accommodate transportation for you.

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 so please arrive with enough time to get a program and find a seat.

We are having a "unplugged" ceremony, which means no photos! We ask all guests to follow this and be completely present during our special time. Our hired professionals will be doing the photo taking during this time. Feel free to take all the pictures you like after the ceremony is complete!

The bridal party and family will be taking pictures right after the ceremony for around an hour so please enjoy cocktail hour and visiting with each other!
