We ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. However, the deadline is July 31, 2026.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Sunflower Hill Farm, 245 Terry Rd, Augusta, MO 63332.

The wedding will take place on October 10, 2025 at 4:30 PM with cocktail hour and reception immediately following. Please arrive at 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and getting to your seat.

Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early. This will allow you time to park, find your seat, and mingle with your long distance besties if applicable.

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, think mini, knee-length, or midi dresses, or a fun jumpsuit. Men think jacket and/or tie. Please, no shorts and NO JEANS.

There is parking for guests in a lot at the venue. If staying at the Hampton Inn in Chesterfield, we recommend utilizing the shuttle to go to and from the venue so you can maximize your fun at the reception! Please utilize the shuttle or ride share services if you plan to drink at the reception.

There is a shuttle from the Hampton Inn in Chesterfield to the venue and back. Uber/Lyft is also available in the area, but we highly recommend scheduling your end-of-night ride ahead of time if utilizing ride share services.

Due to space limitations at the venue, we ask that you do not bring any extra guests not dictated on your invitation.

Best of both worlds! Pending weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with an indoor reception.

While we encourage photos during cocktail hour and the reception, we ask that phones and cameras stay put away during the ceremony. We want all of our guests to be fully present, and we promise to share photos from our lovely photographer Megan.

We have hotel blocks the Hampton Inn in Chesterfield, MO. It is approximately 20 minutes from the venue. A shuttle is provided for transportation between the hotel and venue, or you can utilize Uber/Lyft. Please do not drive if you plan to drink during the reception.
