We chose to “go away and get married” with our parents at a home away from home for us. Colorado, in Ellie’s parents back yard. Colorado has always been special to Ellie and now it’s become that same special place to Clay. So it’s fitting we start our marriage at a place that holds such value.

We put SO much thought into our wedding and what WE exactly wanted. A big wedding back home… eloping on our own … a destination wedding… ultimately we landed on two things. We wanted a PARTY with our friends and family… but we wanted our WEDDING ultra private with our parents with NO stress or a ton of planning.

So we are doing just that! A private ceremony, in a special place, with our parents in August. Followed by an open house party at our home, to celebrate our marriage, with all our friends & family in October.
