There is no overnight parking at the venue, but there is a secured lot available to you during the event until midnight. There will be a shuttle that will travel between the three hotels to bring you to the mansion in time for the ceremony as well as back to your hotel near the end of the night. There are public overnight ramps nearby if needed.
Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is scheduled to take place at the venue's outdoor courtyard. Dinner and the reception will be indoors with outdoor access. Weather permitting.
Are there blocks of rooms reserved at nearby hotels?
Yes! We have three hotel blocks booked. Please see the "Travel" tab.
Will there be a shuttle to local hotels?
If you reserve a room at one of our three hotel blocks, we will have a shuttle traveling between the three to bring you to the ceremony at the mansion. The shuttle will bring you back to your hotel near the end of the night.
What is the dress code?
Let's get dressed up! Cocktail attire is recommended.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
-Due to our unique venue size, we are only able to accommodate those who are listed on your RSVP. When you RSVP, you will see the names of those whom we have reserved a seat for.
Are children allowed?
Thank you for making other accommodations for your children, we appreciate the extra time and effort this takes.
What safety measures will be in place?
Security will be present at the event all night. There will also be a guard in the secured parking lot until midnight.
