The ceremony and reception are at the same location, The White Crow in Banner Elk, NC: 401 White Crow Ln, Banner Elk, NC 28604. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Banner Elk is a smaller town that's about 30 minutes outside of Boone. We recommend Boone as it's larger with lots to do. It's a very special place in our hearts and we know you'll love it too!

We have two hotel blocks in Boone, they are right next to each other. See the "Travel" page for more details. Bus transportation is provided from the hotel to the venue and back on the wedding day. We highly suggest people stay at the hotels, as any cabin rentals will be far outside of town and there are very few Ubers or Lyfts in the High Country. If you stay elsewhere and you plan to drink, getting around throughout the weekend will be difficult. The hotels are in town and very close to downtown Boone!

See the "Travel" page. We have listed the three closest airports. From the airport, you will want to rent a car to get to Boone as they are all around 2 hours away.

Yes transportation is provided for the wedding, see the "Travel" page for details. For getting around Boone throughout the weekend, consider the free AppalCart bus. The Orange and Green routes (and late night Orange route!) pick up right next to the hotel, on Forest Hill Drive: https://www.appalcart.com/route-maps-and-schedules

All buses will depart from the hotel to head to the venue at 3pm. For returning to the hotel, the buses will make trips back at 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm.

Yes! If you wish to drive, there is parking available. There is somewhat limited capacity, so we request you carpool if you’re able. You can also leave your car overnight if you do not want to drive back. Please have it picked up by 10am Sunday morning.

We request our guests follow either cocktail or semi-formal dress codes.

Yes! Drinks are on us as a thank you for making the trip.

We love the children in our lives, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we've chosen to make our wedding adults-only.

Given space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. If you are given a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
