<p>We actually met the first week of classes in our freshman year at Murray State and were around each other from time to time, but did not really know each other very well. Then, the summer after our freshman year, we both ended up working at Crossings at Jonathan Creek and were actually in the same core group! As the summer went on, Connor began developing feelings, but intended to wait to say anything until the summer was over. Unfortunately, word got around a little too quick so we talked about it and, well, Ellie actually said no. Fast forward to fall semester that following school year, and we ended up being in the same friend group! After spending more time together and getting to know eachother outside of camp, we both began to develop feelings and decided that our relationship would be more than just friends! After hanging out apart from our large friend group and going on a couple of dates, we decided this was right, and the rest is history! After dating for about a year, Connor decided to propose and now we get to spend the rest of forever together!!!</p>
