Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Lincoln Event Space in Ottawa on June 13th, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm.

Although the ceremony begins at 4:00, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the official ceremony time so you can take a seat, enjoy refreshments and music before the ceremony begins. .

There is street parking and several public parking lots within a block of the venue. Please do not park directly in front of the venue. If you have handicap needs or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We kindly request our guests to wear "summery" formal attire. Pink is especially encouraged! Please see the inspiration board under "dress code" for more information.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding and reception will be an adults-only event. Some exceptions have been made for our bridal party and immediate family. Please enjoy a night off on us and refer to your formal invitation for further clarification of the invited guests.

Due to venue limitations, not everyone is allotted a plus-one. Please refer to your invitation for the names/guests invited to attend. No additional guests can be accommodated.

Yes. Once cocktail hour starts, we will have multiple bars in rotation during the reception.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day, and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. During the reception, you are welcome to take photos and add them to our Google photo album! (We will provide a QR code for sharing)

We know we have several guests who are traveling from out of town and will require hotel stays. Our venue is located in Ottawa, approximately 40 minutes outside of Overland Park, KS. Overland Park offers several hotel options. The Holiday Inn Express in Ottawa will also be available for those who choose to stay near the venue. Please see the "travel" tab for more info.
