Our Wedding

Our Story

Phil and I first started talking in the late spring of 2020 just as Covid was starting to wind down. We talked about our dogs and things we liked to do in all the free time the shutdown had given us. We discovered we both had a lot in common and decided to get together one day and walk our dogs. I went to his house (the farm) in River Falls and Rocket and Remi met each other for the first time and so did Phil and I. After this we continued to casually see each other with the excuse of walking our dogs. Eventually we decided to make things official and started dating in June of 2020.

July 2020

We started spending more and more time together, growing closer and learning more about one another. We met each other's families and found a growing love in the relationship we had created.

September 2020

We started finding more activities we shared an interest in and began developing a lifestyle that perfectly suited us both. Phil loves to ride motorcycles and he took me on my first bike run! Riding became a favorite past time for us during the warmer seasons that we continue to enjoy.

April 2021

And just like that 2 years had gone by!

Summer 2022

3 years! We started to look at our future together, our friend groups had merged, and we had found ourselves growing as individuals and together as a team.

Summer 2023

Engagement!! At almost 4 years of dating, while on vacation in Mexico, Phil managed to sneak the ring past me through packing, security, and in the hotel room, to surprise me on our 2nd day of vacation by asking me to marry him. We got to spend the rest of the vacation as a newly engaged couple!

Spring 2024

5 years together! We’ve been so happy and excited to plan our wedding for the upcoming year. We bought a house in New Richmond, and live happily with our 2 rescue cats, and -now 3- dogs. 

Summer 2025

And here we are, 6 years after our first date and celebrating our engagement! Can't wait to tie the knot! ;)
