We met on a dating app in January of 2021, during the peak of COVID. Restaurants weren't serving food inside, so we met up for the first time in the parking lot of Bubba's in Virginia Beach to pick up food and then went to a nearby beach to have a picnic and watch the sunset. It was so cold that we didn't last long before heading back to the car to continue talking and getting to know each other. We talked for hours, but it felt like we had already known each other for much longer. Within only 2 more days we became an official couple. Since then we have been on many camping trips together, bought our own home, adopted the sweetest cat, and are always creating new and forever memories that we will cherish for many years to come. Now looking forward to starting this new chapter as husband and wife.
