The bus and trolley will pick up guest at the Kwatuqnuk Resort at 3:45pm and the Redlion at 3:55 to head to Sky Ridge Ranch. If you plan to take the shuttle to the venue please be on time for pick! They will only be making one trip out to the venue. The bus and trolley will be available at any point during the reception to take guest back to the hotels. The final bus will be leaving at 11pm.

We kindly ask that if it is not indicated on your invitation that you have been given a plus one, to not bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can enjoy the grounds and find a seat.

We highly suggest renting a car from the Missoula International Airport or Glacier Park International airport for the easiest trip! They are both about a hour and 15 minutes from Polson. Bozeman airport is about a 3 hour and 50 minute drive from the hotels in Polson. Its a farther drive but there are more flight options and rental cars! Chris and I made this trip last May and the roadtrip was absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a bit of a roadtrip and to see more of Montana this is a great option!

Although we love your children, in order for guests to enjoy themselves in the celebrations we have decided to make this an adult event. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

There is parking on site if you wish to drive yourself.

We are doing a family style meal! Each table will have a meat, fish and several sides to choose from. Vegetarian and vegan substitutes will be available.

Spend the day on the lake by renting a boat, SUP or kayak! We will be out on the lake Thursday June 27th from 1 to 5pm. Rent a boat and come join us! Please see the Things To Do section for more details on rentals.
