Kohen &amp; Ellie met in the beautiful, Savannah, GA. Kohen was in his 2nd year of medical school at Mercer University, while Ellie was finishing her 2nd quarter of PA school at South University. The start of Ellie &amp; Kohen was on September 10, 2021, they went on their first date to Tacos &amp; Tequilla in Savannah, GA. Between school, studying, and life, they found more and more time to spend together. They started officially dating on November 5, 2021. From the start, they have enjoyed many things together. They love to spend quality time together from doing absolutely nothing to any and everything together: from trying new restaurants, binging movies/TV series, spending time with family and friends, taking trips, going on vacations, going to GA football games &amp; Braves baseball games, working out together, cooking together... &amp; the list goes on. On April 13, 2024, Kohen asked Ellie to marry him in the place their relationship started - Savannah, GA. Kohen told Ellie they were going to Savannah to spend the weekend with friends, and he was going to have graduation pictures taken as well. Midway through the session, Kohen dropped to a knee &amp; proposed. Obviously, Ellie said YES! Following the proposal, Ellie &amp; Kohens families and friends celebrated them at Starland Yard, which was also a surprise for Ellie. As a newly engaged couple, they moved to Birmingham, Alabama where Kohen will complete his first year of residency, while Ellie will be working in the Emergency Department as a PA. They both are counting down the days until May 10, 2025 when they will become One in front of their families and friends.
