All invited guests will be listed on your invitation. Your formal invitation (following save the dates) will be addressed "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been included for you. When you go to RSVP on the website, only those who are invited will be available to RSVP for. Due to a strict guest allowance at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family & friends. We thank you for understanding!

Summer / Fall casual formal attire - We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Ladies, think knee length or longer dresses if desired. Gentleman, think dress pants and polo / button up shirts (short sleeve or long sleeve) and tie if desired. *Wedding party colors: Dark mauve dresses and navy suits*

While we love all of your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. The only exception are the children in our wedding party & immediate family. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax & enjoy some fun! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The West Events in Madeira Beach, FL.

Please plan to arrange for your own transportation to and from The West Events. There is free valet parking at the venue as well as Uber/Lyfts that will be easily accessible.

We have provided a discount rate with link for the Cambria Hotel in Madeira Beach, FL which is approximately 5 minutes away from the venue. Also, AirBnB is always a great option for beach condos / houses nearby as well!

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM SHARP. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to ensure our timeline for the night remains on schedule!

Yes! We will continue the night at the Cambria Hotel rooftop bar immediately following the reception at 9:30PM.
