There is plenty of on site parking for all of the wedding guests at the venue, but there is no overnight parking. We will have a shuttle dedicated to our event running from the hotel and back that we recommend so guests don't have to worry about driving :)

Mostly yes; the ceremony is under a pergola of vines, mostly covered in foliage and the reception is under a semi-permanent tent. Walking between the ceremony/reception/bar/bathrooms will be outdoors but only short distances - they are all spread around the patio. If it looks like it is going to rain, bring what you would want for walking short distances between covered spaces. Additionally, if it is very hot (or in the event of an apocalypse in the summer - very cold), the tent can be cooled/heated.

We will absolutely have vegetarian options for dinner through the buffet.
