Our Love Story, From the swipe of a Hinge match, Emmy and Taylor found each other amid the chaos of the modern dating scene. What began as a spark on a winter evening ignited into something truly special when they started dating on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2024. From that date, their connection felt effortless, like they'd been waiting for this chapter all along. As the days turned into weeks, they dove headfirst into a whirlwind of shared adventures and home renovation. Their mutual passion for boating and having a nice place to live has led to a lot of laughter in a whirlwind romance. Taylor's handyman prowess shone through in weekend projects that transformed ordinary spaces into spaces to call home, always with Emmy by his side, holding a caulk gun and necessary screws. And through it all, Taylor was Emmy's unwavering anchor, cheering her on as she powered through the final stretch of law school, conquering the BAR exams in two states, and celebrated each hard-won milestone with pride and endless support. In addition, they bonded over their shared love of Raven, their once feral black cat that they domesticated together. Travels wove the thread tighter: from spontaneous road trips to hidden coastal gems, each journey a canvas for inside jokes and memories to last a lifetime. Then, while on a helicopter adventure with some of their closest friends, on the day after Emmy's 30th birthday, they stood at the edge of the Grand Canyon, with its vast red-rock expanse stretching out beyond the horizon. With the wind carrying echoes of their shared laughter and the canyon's timeless grandeur as their witness, Taylor dropped to one knee. In that moment, surrounded by the wonders of nature and many of their closest friends, he asked Emmy to be his partner in all of life's horizons. She said yes, and just like that, their story took a turn toward eternity. Now, as we step into this beautiful next chapter, we can't imagine it without you. There is a shuttle from the Sheraton to Jacaranda Country Club for the wedding on 2/14/26 departing the Sheraton at 4:45PM Located 13 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach, this all-suite Florida hotel features an outdoor rooftop pool, hot tub, and on-site restaurant. Guests will also be within 7 miles of upscale shopping at Sawgrass Mills Mall. All suites feature a small refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen cable television. Select Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West suites include a city view. Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West guests can burn a few calories in the fitness center and then relax in the sauna. Welcome Party Dress Code on 2/13/26 at 6PM We will have professional photography at the welcome party. Because of that, we kindly ask you adhere to the attire below. For the LadiesA sundress, romper, or nice pants with a blouse would be perfect. If nothing else quite fits, dark wash jeans are absolutely fine. Please avoid wearing white. For the GentlemenNice shorts or nice pants paired with a polo shirt or button-down would be ideal. (No jorts, please—for anyone!) Wedding Dress Code on 2/14/26 - Ceremony at 5:30PM We’re celebrating our Valentine’s Day wedding with pink as the color scheme of the wedding. Ladies please wear Pink if you can! From blush and rose to fuchsia, but any colors are welcome.For the ladies, short or long dresses are both perfect, wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. Please no white or mostly white dresses. For the gentlemen, suits are great or at least a sports coat. There is no need for a tie! No jeans, suits are preferred but khakis are fine as well. Light colors are preferred to complement the season’s soft tones.Most importantly, come ready to celebrate and let loose on the dance floor! It’s going to be a night full of love, laughter, and fun!

**Wedding Weekend Itinerary** **Friday, February 13th, 2026** **Welcome Party – 6:00 PM** Kick off the wedding festivities at **Ford’s Garage in Plantation**, conveniently within walking distance from the Sheraton. Enjoy an evening of mingling with delicious heavy appetizers, including wings, sliders, shrimp, and more. Beer, wine, and seltzers will be included. When you RSVP for the wedding, please let us know if you’ll be attending this fun kickoff event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! **Saturday, February 14th, 2026** **Wedding Day** - **Guest Arrival – 5:00 PM** Guests are kindly asked to arrive at **Jacaranda Country Club** at 5:00 PM for the ceremony. - **Shuttle for Sheraton Guests – 4:30, 4:45, and 5:00 PM** Sign up at check-in. Following the reception at 11pm there will be a shuttle making three trips back to the Sheraton. - **Driving Guests** Complimentary valet parking is available at Jacaranda Country Club for those driving. - **Ceremony – 5:30 PM** The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. - **Cocktail Hour** Following the ceremony, enjoy a cocktail hour featuring appetizers and an open bar, which will continue throughout the night. - **Reception** The evening will continue with a delicious reception buffet and dancing to celebrate our special day. **Sunday, February 15th, 2026** **Brunch &amp; Golf – To Be Determined** Details for a Sunday brunch and optional golf outing will be shared closer to the date.
