Kindly RSVP before Friday, November 8, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab located on our website and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you were given a plus one, their name will be listed there as well. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all! (Any RSVPs received after November 8th will be marked as 'no' as we will need to send final headcounts to vendors.)
Are children invited?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate children outside of the bridal party at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. We hope you see this as an opportunity to enjoy the night and celebrate with us!
**If you are an out of town guest and need recommendations for a babysitter while you are in town, please reach out to the bride to get an official list of approved sitters in the area. Thank you for understanding!
What will the weather be like?
As our wedding is in December and in Alabama, the weather is unpredictable. However, it is looking like the high will be in the low 50s with the weather around the time of the reception being in the 40s. Our ceremony and reception will both be held outside so plan accordingly. We will have a fire going with plenty of patio heaters and blankets as well so don’t worry. We do have a back up plan if it were to rain and will communicate with our guests if needed!
Where do I park?
As you arrive at the gorgeous Windwood Estate, you will follow the signs to the guests parking lot. We will have parking attendants and golf cart shuttles to take guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location and back to your car.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is black tie optional.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Our ceremony will officially begin at 3:30 PM.
We suggest arriving by at least 3:00 PM so you can find parking, locate your seat, and settle in before we say "I DO"!
I don't see my question answered here. Who can I contact if I have further questions?
Leading up to the wedding day, you can feel free to contact the bride & groom with any questions and we would love to answer them!
The week of the wedding we kindly ask that you reach out to the parents of the bride or groom or members of the bridal party and they can answer your questions!
