Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1st 2026 as final numbers will be submitted to our vendors by then.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

The address of the wedding ceremony and reception will be made available to you once you RSVP. Our wedding venue and reception are wheelchair accessible and we have a designated golf cart and driver for any quests that need additional support getting around.

What's the best airport to fly into?

Flying into Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is best! It's only 10 mins from our recommended hotel!

Which Hotel should we stay at? Do you have a room block?

We recommend staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown. This will allow you to be in walking distance to our reception and all the best food spots! We have reserved a room block at [hotel name]. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the [your last name and your partner's last name] wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

If you stay at our recommended hotel, we will have a charter bus leaving the hotel at 11:00am and returning once the ceremony is over. If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking at the ceremony location.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on gravel pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

New England summers are warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.
