We have reserved a block of rooms for Friday and Saturday night. Please be advised, rooms are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. If you are planning to only stay Saturday, hotel check-in is at 4pm and our wedding ceremony starts at 4:30pm so please plan accordingly.

Airline Travel If you are planning on flying in, we recommend flying into the Chattanooga Airport (CHA) and either renting a car, or having a service pick you up. Dress Code

How do I get to the ceremony space?

We will have a trolley that will shuttle guests to and from the ceremony space. Signs will be posted in the lobby directing guests to the correct pick-up space. We prefer all guests to ride the trolley as there is limited parking near the ceremony space.

What should I wear?

This event is semi formal. Please refrain from wearing jeans or any other casual dress. Men should be in suits, women in dresses or similar.

Can I bring my kids?

Aside from children of immediate family, we ask that this remains an adult only event.

Where do I park?

All guests must valet their cars with the main hotel.
