Can I bring a plus one?

Only if it is indicated on your invitation or Patrick and Emily have explicitly told you beforehand.

Can my child come?

No. Venue rules and our preference is that everyone attending is 21 years old and above.

Will there be transportation from the venue to the hotel?

No. We recommend carpooling with a designated driver or a rides hare such as Uber or Lyft. The venue is not far from downtown Schenectady.

River Stone Manor also encourages guests to leave their cars in their spacious parking lot if necessary and to encourage the use of a designated driver and or ride share service. Past events haven't had issues obtaining an Uber or Lyft, according to the site coordinator.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal cocktail attire. Dress up on the more formal side, but not quite black tie. Be mindful that it will be late July and the ceremony is outside, grass will likely be an issue for heels. No white dresses or suits.

Are there hotel accommodations?

There will be a block of rooms set aside at the...hotel...

How do I RSVP for the event?

Your invitation will have a pre-stamped envelope to go with the RSVP card, these can be mailed to Patrick an Emily's home.

Will there be wheelchair or mobility accommodations?

If you need them, yes! even though everything is close (ceremony and reception) there is a hill, so River Stone Manor has a golf cart available for use to bring guests from ceremony to reception when needed.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outside, while the reception will be inside.

What will the food service be like?

We are planning on providing a sit own dinner after cocktail hour finishes. Meal choices will be provided on the RSVP card to choose from.

We will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food safety needs. Please let Emily, Patrick or a member of the bridal party your needs.

What date should I RSVP by?

We strictly ask that you RSVP by June 22nd 2024 to give ample time for a final guest and food count for the venue. We will not accept RSVPs after this date.
