Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Your formal invitation will have an enclosed response card and pre-stamped envelope that you can easily mail back to RSVP. However, if you prefer, you can RSVP online at the RSVP tab (will be available once invitations go out). The paper RSVPs do not have a spot to let us know of any dietary restrictions, so please contact us to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will start at 4:00pm sharp. Please arrive as early as 3:30pm as we ask that everyone is seated by 4pm for the ceremony to start promptly. Parking is available free on-site.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding will be cocktail attire.
When attending a wedding with a cocktail dress code, your goal is to look polished and put together without being overly elaborate. A safe option for women is a knee- or tea-length dress, pantsuit, or dress pants and blouse. For men, dress slacks with a button down shirt and tie or a suit and tie is considered most appropriate.
Is there a hotel block?
We have a hotel block reserved at the Holiday Inn, if you would like to book under our code please do so no later than July 17 (the earlier the better). You can see our Hotel tab for the link/code to book. If there are no rooms left in the block, please contact Erik or Emily to see if they are able to contact the hotel and add more rooms - or you are also welcome to book a regular room at the hotel not listed under the block if available.
Are children allowed?
Unfortunately, children are not allowed. We are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our ceremony and reception.
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
The wedding ceremony will be located in a covered area outdoors (open air chapel). The reception will be indoors.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you turn your phone and cameras off during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos so that our professional photographers can get the best pictures. We will be happy to send you pictures from our day from our amazing photographers!
Will there be an open bar?
YES! We look forward to celebrating with you.
Is there transportation available from the hotel?
Please drink responsibly!
There will NOT be a shuttle available to take you to the ceremony, but there will be one to take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night for those staying at the Holiday Inn.
Unfortunately, the bridal party will be using the shuttle to take pictures prior to the ceremony, so please plan accordingly to get yourself to the ceremony. The venue does allow you to leave your car overnight in the parking lot if needed.
