Formal / Black-tie Preferred. Men may opt for a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women may choose a formal, floor-length gown or cocktail dress.
Can I bring a guest?
If you receive a plus one, this will appear along with your name on the invitation. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Are children invited?
Although we love your little ones, due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate children in our immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for your children so you are able to come out and celebrate with us!
What time is check-in at the Hilton Garden Inn Melville?
Check-in is at 3 PM. We know that many of our family and friends will be traveling the day of the wedding and may be staying the night at the hotel. We would like to suggest an itinerary to shorten your time spent traveling: For those that are able to attend the ceremony, we would suggest arriving first to the church, and following the ceremony you are then able to check into the hotel and get ready for the reception if necessary!
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 1:30 PM. We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated by the start of ceremony.
What time does the reception start?
Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM at The Larkfield. For those guests who arrive early, hospitality hour will be provided from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
