Open bar daily 8am - 11pm.

WEDNESDAY

Guests arrive: Settle in your room. Enjoy cocktails and welcome snacks. Hang by one of the pools or at our private beach.

6pm: Cocktail hour - Mojito bar

7pm: Sunset dinner with Mexican barbecue

8:45pm: Evening entertainment

THURSDAY

8am - 10am: Breakfast buffet

10am -2pm: Massages available on the sundeck by request

4:30pm - 6pm: Wedding rehearsal - we kindly request that any guests not in the wedding party take this time to relax and get ready in their rooms

6pm: Poolside cocktails

7pm: Rehearsal dinner - all guests are invited to attend

FRIDAY

8am - 10am: Breakfast buffet

12pm - 2pm: Lunch buffet

5pm: Pre-Ceremony gathering - poolside cocktails

5:30pm: Ceremony on the sunset deck

6pm: Signature cocktails

7:45pm - 11:30pm: Reception - dinner and dancing

SATURDAY

10am - 12pm: Brunch

Relax by the pool. Explore Puerto Vallarta.

COVID Testing: We will be arranging testing at the venue. Time tbd (cost not included in your room rate).

SUNDAY

8am - 10am: Breakfast buffet

Checkout: 11am from room | 1pm from the property

All meals referenced above are included in your room rate, but the hotel has a full kitchen for any other meals or snacks you'd like to purchase.
