The wedding is Saturday November 8, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 3pm with the reception to follow.

In lieu of a traditional welcome party or rehearsal dinner, we will have a poolside afternoon on Friday 11/7 at the Hyatt Ziva to start off the celebrations with everyone! We are reserving cabanas by the main pool and swim-up bar for everyone to relax and have a fun day.

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Villa Cielito Del Mar, a private estate in Chileno Bay. The venue is about a 15 minute drive down the Tourist Corridor from the Hyatt Ziva.

Due to the security at the venue, we cannot have everyone utilizing their own taxis or rented vehicles for access. We will be providing buses from the Hyatt to the venue. They will be leaving at 2pm. Please be out front of the hotel at 1:45pm. At the end of the wedding reception, we will have multiple, smaller shuttles to take our guests back to the resort. These shuttles will be running from 8pm - 11pm, so guests can return once they are ready.

While we love your kids, we ask that they do not attend the wedding. We have a limited amount for space, and the venue is not kid-friendly.

The wedding attire is beach semi-formal/cocktail, so think fun color and prints. For the men, ties and jackets are optional, but still welcome. For the ladies, think cocktail dresses (mini, midi, or maxi), jumpsuit, dressy separates, etc. Shoes-wise, please no flip flops.
