Growing up, Jon and Emily were always close, bonding over their similar interests like music and singing. Some of Emilys favorite childhood memories include trips to Mexico and playing music quiz games in the car. One time Jon and Emily hiked to the bottom of the grand canyon together. In recent years, they’ve grown even closer, thanks to their mutual obsession with Survivor—and if anyone in the family were to win the show, it would definitely be him. Emily chose Jon as her man of honor because she knows he will always be in her life, no matter what.

Mk and Emily met during a professional development for teaching. They became fast friends and have been close ever since. Together they like to meal prep, workout, shop, and complain about work. This past summer they joined a recreational volleyball league and vacationed in Colorado.

Emily and Elizabeth met in 2013 while dancing at the Ballet Theatre of Ohio. They were close throughout high school working together at Marc’s and Pizzafire. They decided to be roommates in college when they attended Youngstown State University. They both majored in teaching. During the four years they lived together they took many roadtrips, did lots of art, learn ASL, and owned a cat.

Callie and Emily met in 2009 when they were duet partners for a competitive dance team. They became quick friends and spent a lot of time together growing up. They did things together like swim in Callie’s family pool, go to New York City, and choreograph dances. As they have gotten older they have stayed in contact. Emily visited Callie is Texas in summer 2024.
