Tom and Emily met their junior year at the University of Missouri. They hit it off right away and spent most of their time together the first few weeks after meeting. While getting to know each other better, Tom and Emily realized they had multiple too-good-to-be-true similarities that began to make them wonder if this relationship was simply meant to be. From growing up in St. Louis, to their mutual connections through family and friends, along with their love for Mizzou, Tom and Emily quickly knew that their relationship was something special.

Tom and Emily started their own journey together by moving to Kansas City after graduation where they began the start of their careers as well as their start of life together as it is today. They continue to cheer on the Tigers, visit family in St. Louis, and spoil their goldendoodle, Maclin, as they revel in that same meant to be type of love that they have had for one another since the very beginning.
