If you're planning a mini vacation...

You're in luck! There are a ton of great beaches & towns to explore in the area. If you're looking to make you're stay a little longer than the weekend, we suggest checking out some of the awesome AirBnBs in the follow areas - depending on what you're looking for!

Anna Maria Island

Anna Maria Island is a great place to extend your stay! This is where we will be staying prior to the wedding. Depending on where you are on the island, you'll only be about 30 minutes from our venue. There is an adorable town with plenty of places to eat, drink and enjoy! This town is walkable but people also love to rent golf carts to get around!

St. Pete Beach

We love St. Pete Beach! There are endless options here. St. Pete Beach is about 30-40 minutes from our venue depending on where you stay.

If you're not looking to AirBnB, we'd suggest staying at the beachfront Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach - home to our favorite sunset drinks spot, Coconut Charlie's Beach Bar & Grill. Other beach front hotels to consider would be RumFish Beach Resort by TradeWinds, The Beachcomber or Postcard Inn.

Some great spots to check out while you're in St. Pete beach are the Don Cesar, an iconic pink hotel right on the beach - great for sunset drinks or getting a day pass to enjoy the amenities.

We also love Pass-a-Grille beach - more on the quaint side with less hustle and bustle but all the views you love. A great spot to catch the sunset with a cold drink is Paradise Grille, which sits directly on the beach, practically in the ocean!

Some other favorites to check out are Grove Surf & Coffee, The Wharf, SeaDog Brewing, Gateway Subs, Pia's Trattoria Gulfport.

Downtown St. Pete

Only 20 minutes from St. Pete Beach and about 30 minutes from our venue, Downtown St. Pete is an awesome city to spend some time in! While you're not on the beach, you are on the bay which is equally as great. If you chose to stay in an AirBnB, chose one that is close to downtown so you can explore on foot. If you're looking for a hotel, Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront is a few blocks away from the busiest areas of downtown.

Some of our favorite spots in Downtown St. Pete:

Ferg's - worlds greatest sports bar (ask Andy)

Trophy Fish- outdoor restaurant that makes you forget you're in the middle of a city with great food

Green Bench - cool brewery

Bonu - Italian with a great atmosphere

Wild Child - great spot for lunch or dinner

3 Daughters Brewing - Huge brewery, usually has live music

Teak - Out on the St. Pete Pier, check it out for sunset drinks!

Doc Ford's - another great spot on the pier to grab a sunset drink or a quick bite

Coffee & Breakfast Spots: Pete's Bagels, Bandit, The Blend, Intermezzo

We honestly could go on and on with recommendations so please reach out prior to the wedding weekend if you need help!
