As a freshman in college (2014-15) my teammate Hayley told me about her boyfriends friend, Damon, from Todd County. We knew OF each other for years but never did get to meet. There were times he was going to come to our school, and times I was going to go to Todd County with Hayley but things never did line up. Fast forward to the Summer of 2019. I went on vacation to Puerto Rico and left my car at Hayley and Cole’s house in Clarksville after she took me to the airport. While I was gone, Damon went to their house to visit and asked who’s car it was. Once they told him it was mine, he thought I was in the house and hoped I was going to come out of the back room with Hayley. Once he realized I wasn’t there, he asked them about me.. if I was seeing anyone, what I was like, etc. and asked them for my info. Once I got home, I received a long message from him about wanting to get to know me, and the rest is history!! Now we have the most beautiful baby girl and soon I get to share a last name with the two most important people in my life ❤️
