In March of 2014, Emily and Logan met through their mutual friend Marisa. Logan started to text Emily more often and they planned their first date to go get Rita's. They ended up sitting in Emily's little green Honda outside of Rita's for quite some time just getting to know each other. They went on many other dates and on May 20, 2014, Logan made it official with Starbucks and a bouquet of red roses.

Emily soon was attending all of Logan's wrestling tournaments that summer. Logan introduced Emily to catfishing down at the Falmouth boat landing. It turned into one of their favorite things to do together that summer. Emily took Logan to countless Sephora and Ulta trips through their first few months together. He learned his own way around the stores pretty well.

Logan made countless trips to see Emily while she was going to college at IUP. Shortly after graduation they found out they were pregnant with Luca. They both were working full time and Logan was also attending HACC to get his degree in business. It was a summer filled with many things they loved to do together one last time before the little one made his grand entrance. They visited the DC zoo, did some catfishing, and binge watched The Sopranos.

They welcomed little Luca that November and haven't looked back since. Luca is Logan's little twin when it comes to being the light in a room and making everyone laugh, but he has his moms’ big heart.

FINALLY, on Christmas Day of 2022, Emily was trying to wrangle Luca and get the gifts out of the car to go into Tara and Doug's. She turned around to tell Logan to help her get Luca out of the car(in true Emily fashion), but he was already down on one knee. This wasn't anything fancy but it was true to Logan and Emily.
