Our Story

The Invisible String Theory

They say true love finds you at just the right time. Stephen and I met in the summer of 2020. After liking his Instagram post on August 8th, he messaged me and asked me if he could take me on a date. I said yes, of course, as I didn't have any other plans. My only reluctance was that he was 4 years younger than me. Well, we went on a date and I found him to be adorable, and charming, and quiet (boy, did that change.) We started seeing each other regularly, and have been inseparable ever since. Stephen supported me in my hair-brain idea to go back to school for nursing, and he's really glad because now that I have a job, I can treat him to date nights. We bought a house in 2022 in our hometown, Fife Lake, and we had our son, Archer Puffins in March of 2023 and he has brought the most joy to our lives. Some funny back story is that before Stephen and I ever met officially, my best friend, Tabitha, and I would always say "you know whos cute? Stephen Cuisine-O!" Followed by, "too bad he's such a baby." In 2017, Stephen messaged me on Facebook and I ignored him. Another fun tid-bit is that though Stephen and I went to the same school, we never knew we grew up 3 miles down the road from each other. Just up the hill and to the left from my parents house. What might be seen as an insignificant coincidence, is actually the premise of the Invisible String Theory. Two souls tied together by an invisible string, destined to meet at the right time, and fulfill their destiny as soulmates. The string can stretch, contract, or tangle, but it never breaks. True love always finds it's way. All along there was some invisible string tying you to me.
