What is the dress code?
There is a formal dress code for the wedding.
We would love for people to be as glam as possible!
We would prefer to see everyone in colours if possible!
Are there kids allowed at the wedding?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately due to venue capacity, only the people listed on your invite will be able to join our celebrations.
Do I bring a gift?
Should you wish to honour us with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be sincerely appreciated!
Will there be food options for me?
We have opted to have a cocktail style wedding with a selection of foods. Not to worry, we will ensure we have vegan/vegetarian options for those who have specific dietary restrictions!
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, both venues are entirely accessible with elevators.
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, please see the RSVP tab on this website. There, you will be able to submit your names by Sunday, the 22nd of September.
Please note if you have not replied by the RSVP date, you will not be accounted for and you may not be able to attend the special day.
Do the venues have parking available?
At the Playford hotel for our ceremony, there is street parking aswell as a parking garage directly opposite the hotel reception.
At the Precinct for our reception, there is a free carpark and street parking available.
What will the weather be like?
Luckily, our venues are all indoors so no need to worry about rain just incase. For the 9th of November, the weather typically sits in between 22 and 25 degrees celsius!
Am I allowed to take/post pictures of the wedding?
We kindly request that the ceremony remains an unplugged ceremony. We have photographers that will be capturing all the moments, so we want to ensure there are no phones poking out in what will be magical photos! For the reception, you are more than welcome to take your own pictures, but we please ask to refrain from posting any pictures of us until we have posted ourselves!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before our start time of 2pm. We want to ensure no one misses out, but if you arrive late we may not be able to accomodate sneaking you in until after everyone has walked down the aisle.
What can we do in between the ceremony and reception?
In between the ceremony and reception, the bridal party will be taking our photos, so for anyone wanting to kill time until the reception, the Playford Hotel has its own bar, along with many other bars and pubs that are around the corner!
