The rooms will be either 2 queen beds or 1 king, whatever is available upon check-in. You can request specific types of rooms and they will do their best to accommodate.
Although the block is set for 6/24-6/28, you can extend your stay in either direction by adjusting the dates when booking. The additional dates, however, are not a locked in price so book early!

The welcome dinner on Thursday will be in the Red Rock room. We recommend parking in parking Garage #1 (on Flamingo side). This will allow you to cross the bridge from the garage to the second floor and its right there to the left! From inside the building you will go to the 2nd floor and follow signs to the meeting rooms and then specifically the Red rock room.
