Our Wedding

It all started in Clemson, SC, in 2017. Emily’s roommates invited over Harrison and his roommates, and somewhere in the middle of a movie about dating, Emily’s roommate made an offhand comment that she hadn’t been on a date in a while. Without missing a beat, Harrison turned to Emily and asked her out. Smooth move. That spontaneous date turned into several more, and before they knew it, they were spending the rest of college together. Then came graduation, and life took them in different directions—Emily headed to Columbia, SC, for pharmacy school, while Harrison moved back to Rock Hill for work. Thus began four years of long-distance, filled with road trips, FaceTime calls, and way too many hours on I-77. Harrison stuck by Emily through the stress of pharmacy school, and eventually, in 2023, he made the move to Columbia at the start of her residency. Not long after, they took a big step—getting engaged and buying a house together. And an even bigger step—adopting Pepper, their four-legged troublemaker (but also the best decision ever). Now, after years of navigating long-distance, grad school, and homeownership, they’re finally making it official. They can’t wait to celebrate with all of you—so let’s get this party started!

My sister, my best friend, and truly one of my biggest inspirations. Even though we’re 15 years apart, she has always been right by my side—cheering me on, giving me advice, and showing me what it means to be strong. She’s a total girl boss and an amazing mom to her two awesome (and wild!) boys. This past year especially has brought us even closer, and honestly, there aren’t enough words to describe the love and admiration I have for her.

Believe it or not, Victoria and I used to hate each other when we were little (shoutout to our moms for forcing those awkward playdates). Somewhere along the way, though, we became inseparable. We bought every Webkinz under the sun and threw the most legendary High School Musical parties—complete with us dressing up in her older sister’s clothes, of course. Our friendship has never wavered, and she’s been by my side through every stage of life. She’s the friend I know I’ll have forever, and I can’t thank her enough for always being by my side 

Victoria Kinney

My college roommate for all four years and truly my ride or die! Taylor and I have been through it all together—from late-night study sessions to every crazy adventure college threw at us. Even though we no longer live together (or even in the same town), we’ve stayed as close as ever. She’s one of the strongest and most caring people I know—and now she’s also the coolest mom to two of the cutest kiddos ever!

Connor and I met on day one of pharmacy school—she sat right in front of me, and the rest is history! She’s the definition of a Southern belle—sweet, thoughtful, and always looking out for others. Honestly, she knows exactly what I need before I even do (which says a lot because I’m terrible at texting back, and she still checks on me anyway!). She’s truly a gem of a human—someone who always puts others first and makes everyone around her feel cared for.

Connor Lee Hubbard

My partner-in-crime and roommate during pharmacy school! Anna has a heart of gold and never fails to make me laugh or feel loved. One of the things I admire most about her is how she remembers every little detail about people—she has a true gift for making everyone feel special. Oh, and if there’s a Jäger bomb involved… you can count her in every time!

My tallest friend and one of the best people I’ve met along the way! Jordan and I met in pharmacy school, and from the start, she’s been the kind of friend who would drop anything to help me—no questions asked. Whether it’s surviving exams or just everyday life, she’s always been there with her big heart and even bigger height advantage.

Hayley is Harrison’s sister, and I’ll be honest—I was terrified to meet her at first because I knew just how much she means to him. Fast forward to now, and we’re more like friends! Hayley is always on the go (seriously, she doesn’t sit still), and as a vet, she’s constantly answering everyone’s “Is this normal?” pet questions. She has a huge heart, and I couldn’t be more excited to officially call her family soon!

Hayley Jewell

Maura and I met during pharmacy residency—our very first rotation together was in antimicrobial stewardship (basically fighting germs and bonding over stress). She was definitely the smart one, but somehow never made me feel like the clueless sidekick. She quickly became one of the best things to come out of residency—honestly, I wouldn’t have survived it without her! She’s always down for a Diet Coke run, and her fun, free-spirited energy makes everything more exciting.

Maura Kreiser

Roy isn’t just the father of the groom—he’s also serving as best man. He’s been Harrison’s biggest supporter from day one, always there to offer guidance, encouragement, or a good laugh when it’s needed most. Known for his huge heart and his unexpected obsession with bees, Roy brings both wisdom and warmth to every room—making him the perfect person to stand by Harrison’s side on this special day.

Roy Boyd

Next up is Jon Jon, one-fifth of the legendary “Goon Squad.” Harrison and Jon Jon go way back—friends since their days as little boys in church and neighbors just down the street. Jon Jon is known for his goofy sense of humor, kind heart, and his signature move: falling asleep on Harrison’s couch at the end of just about every hangout. He’s the kind of friend who always brings laughs and loyalty wherever he goes.

Jonathan Culp

Ryan, Harrison’s cousin and a proud member of the “Goon Squad,” has been a lifelong partner-in-crime. He’s always up for trying something new—whether it’s the hottest peppers, the strongest coffee, or a questionable Mountain Dew flavor—but one thing has always stayed the same: his love for gaming with Harrison. Their shared adventures, both virtual and real, have made Ryan a constant source of fun and friendship.

Ryan Williams

Jordan, another key member of the “Goon Squad,” has been friends with Harrison since their days in church and Boy Scouts as kids. Over the years, he’s become one of Harrison’s most talented friends—recently earning his master’s degree in music. Whether they were camping as scouts or hanging out with the crew, Jordan has always brought creativity, loyalty, and a lot of laughs to the group.

Jordan Locke

Xavier, better known as “X,” met Harrison during their sophomore year at Clemson when they joined the football team as videographers. The two quickly bonded over their love of sports—and you can almost always find them watching a game, betting on it, or drinking a beer together (sometimes all three). X is known for his goofy personality and has been a constant source of fun in Harrison’s life ever since.

Xavier Bauguess

Zach is Harrison’s cousin and lifelong partner-in-crime. Since day one, they’ve been inseparable—riding four-wheelers down the street, fishing in Zach’s pond, and finding every excuse for an adventure. Their bond has only grown over the years, making Zach not just family, but one of Harrison’s closest friends.

Zach Costner

David may technically be Harrison’s brother-in-law, but they’ve always called each other “brother” to reflect their close friendship. Known for being one of the smartest people around, David also has a playful, lighthearted side—he never fails to act like a kid and bring joy (and plenty of laughs) to everyone around him. He’s family in every sense of the word.

David Jewell

The final member of the “Goon Squad,” David has been a constant in Harrison’s life since they grew up together in church. Known for his steady, down-to-earth nature, David has never changed over the years—always showing up as the same loyal, dependable friend that Harrison can count on, no matter the season of life.
