Zach and Emily met online and started talking in December of 2019. We went on our first date on January 3, 2020 in Maryville at Applebee's. Zach was of course late. We spent the rest of the evening together, almost closing down Applebee's and then we went to my apartment in Maryville where we continued to talk and just hang out. We talked about our families, our dreams for the future, our careers, and of course, farming. After this, we talked every day. Emily moved to Albany to be closer to Zach in September of 2020. Together we started to build our forever home in the fall of 2021 and moved into our home together in the winter of 2022. Since then we have added 2 dogs (Ellie Mae and Hank) to our lives, sheep, cattle, pigs, horses, chickens, and even a guinea bird!
