Emily and Kyle first met at the Allen County Fair when Emily was 8 and Kyle was 9! Being young and awkward, we never made an effort to be friends but rather would give each other a shy "Hi, Kyle" or "Hi, Emily" when we would cross paths with one another. Since we never sparked a conversation, we weren't current with each others lives although, Emily's brother, Brent, would continuously tease her about being dropped off to Kyle's instead of hanging out with their fair group of friends that all lived near Harrod! Needless and ironically to say, Kyle reached out to Emily not long before she graduated high school! Emily invited Kyle to her graduation party and only a week later Kyle asked Emily to be his girlfriend! They started dating May 30, 2019! Fast forward approximately 5 years, Kyle proposed to Emily on December 21, 2023 and the rest is history!
