Unfortunately, the hotel does not block rooms for weddings that are not located within the hotel. We encourage you to book your hotel room ASAP and to check out our "hotel information" tab on the website for more information. Even if you are unsure if you will be attending the wedding, please book a room just in case. You will be able to cancel and get your money back at a later date if you end up not being able to make it.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm! Feel free to get to the venue early so you can find your seats and get ready for the big day. We recommend getting to the venue AT LEAST 30 minutes early.

There is parking at the venue. When you pull into the location, The Cannery is the brown barn to the right of the main building. There is a parking lot specifically designated for the Cannery directly off of Ward St.

During the ceremony we would love for you to keep your phones away and let the photographers do their thing! During the rest of the evening we would love for you to take lots of pictures to capture the night.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at the same venue, so feel free to relax and enjoy the day in the same location.

Yes, please drink responsibly and think ahead to prepare a ride home for yourself if needed. There is a return shuttle for those staying at the Turning Stone campus with limited availability.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a delicious variation of meals. We hope to be able to accommodate everyone's dietary restriction, but it may not be 100% feasible.

We are requesting guests to arrive in "smart casual/semi-formal attire." For women: a more relaxed style dress/sundress or jumpsuit will look beautiful for the day. For men: although it is hot, we are requesting that NO shorts are worn. Feel free to ditch the tie and opt. for trousers and a button up shirt.

The ceremony and cocktail hour are designated to be outdoors, but there are backup areas in place in case of bad weather. The reception will be located indoors.

Turning Stone resort has an abundance of activities including the casino, a spa, many golf courses, and more. There are also many fun activities to look at within our "Things to do" tab.
