Shuttle: We have booked a school bus to transport guests to and from pickup/dropoff spots in Asheville and the farm. Please send Emily or Alex your AirBnB or hotel address as soon as you have it. We will choose the top 5 or so locations as pickup/dropoff spots.

Hotel Blocks: Unfortunately after researching hotel options we found that hotels in Asheville do not offer discounts for hotel blocks, especially in the fall. If you want to coordinate accommodations with other guests you might not know, let us know and we'll put folks in touch!

Airports: We recommend flying into the Asheville airport if possible so we can coordinate ride sharing and carpooling. Stay tuned for a spreadsheet for coordinating ride sharing with other guests, and if you're local, thanks for considering helping with airport pickups and drop-offs!

Activities: Asheville has so much to see and do, whether you're into hiking, shopping, beer, or art! Stay tuned for a list of activities at different suggested times during the weekend in case folks want to coordinate and hang out.
