The Glen Eyrie castle is a beautiful historic castle in Colorado Springs. Emily works closely with Glen Eyrie with her work with The Navigators. It is a gated property, but you are able to go visit the bookstore for an afternoon and can see the castle from there.
This historic hotel has beautiful grounds that you can walk and you can walk through the lobby of the hotel. Many presidents and famous people have stayed at this hotel and there is a wall with all of their pictures which is fun to look at.

We love walking in Old Colorado City. There are many tasty food shops and cute stores with local artistry displayed. There are also fun souvenir shops to find a good Colorado Springs mug or t-shirt.
Scheels is a fun place to shop and walk around. It has bass pro shop vibes and has a massive ferris wheel inside the store. We love to go here on cold days to walk around.
This is a fun local shop in downtown Colorado Springs to walk around. Emily loves to go here for locally made lotions and soaps. They are located right next to a few other cute shops, including Pikes Peak Lemonade.
Pikes Peak Lemonade has some of the best lemonade. They have lots of fun different flavors and serve lemonade on tap. They are located right next to Rocky Mountain Soap Market.
This is one of our favorite places to go with our friends. There is a billiards hall upstairs where you can play pool and grab a drink and an appetizer.
This place has delicious authentic El Salvadorian food and is a perfect place to go after walking in Old Colorado City.
This is a fun brewery with a large outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the view of the mountain range. There are lots of food trucks on the property if you get hungry!
