There is NO PARKING at the venue, so we will be providing 2 buses for transportation from a location 1.5 miles from the venue. Please plan accordingly.

PICKUP and DROP OFF Location:

47 Cherry Valley Rd, Gilford, NH 03249

- This is the Town Hall and Police Station with a large parking lot.

- Bus begins departures from parking lot at: 3:00PM

There will be a few different shuttles running…PLEASE ARRIVE TO PARKING LOT BY 3:25PM

- Bus begins departures from venue around: 9:45PM

- Last bus at 10:00PM

- If you need to leave the venue between these times, our day of coordinators Jen and Isaac will be present and readily available to contact the buses at any time. They will be parked on the street by the entrance to the venue and can make rounds to the parking lot at any time (aside from during the ceremony from 4-4:30PM).
