The ceremony and reception will take place at the American Creek Lodge. Address: CH96+7F, Hope, BC V0X 1L3

If you use any mapping apps etc, including GPS, you will not arrive in the correct location. Please follow these instructions instead: From Vancouver: Take highway 1 east to Hope. Take exit 170 the Cache Creek / Prince George exit. Follow the signs for Cache Creek out of Hope. You will start to climb out of Hope, after around 5k you will see Lake of the Woods Motel on the left and the Cariboo Trail Trailer park (Be ready to make a left turn). Immediately after, look for the Gravel Road Entrance - American Creek Forestry Service Road (FSR) on the left side of the highway. Make the left turn. Follow up American Creek Forestry Service Road and American Creek Lodge is just past the 0.5K marker (the first driveway on the right). The electrical room is at the driveway entrance with 23200 on it. Keep a look out for lights on the right hand side of the forestry road. Ours is the only house on the right. If you get to the 1k marker you have gone too far. Please note that there is also an "American Creek Road" but the lodge is on American Creek Forestry Service Road.

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with live music, followed by dinner.

Our ceremony will start at 3:30pm but please arrive promptly at 3:00pm.

Yes you can (604 869 5501), however, it is our understanding that there are not many cabs in Hope. As such, we have hired a Hope Shuttle service. This service will be able to pick you up in Hope at your accommodations and drive you to the venue. The shuttle service will also be running from 10pm-12am in order to take people back into Hope. This service is only for those individuals who are staying overnight in Hope.

If you are planning to stay in Hope and require the shuttle service, please let us know when you RSVP. We will arrange a shuttle route closer to the date.

If you decide to drive to the venue, there is plenty of free parking on the forestry road. All vehicles must be parked safely on the right side of the road.

There are a few motels, campsites and Air BnB's in Hope that you could stay at. We suggest you book something as soon as possible.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.

Our venue is limited to a maximum capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
