Matthew and I met in July 2021 while working at Northside Gwinnett. We began dating in October of that year and made it official on November 6th, 2021. We had just had a breakfast date (for which he was an hour late!!) and he was due to leave for an officer leadership course in San Antonio two days later. I waited for him for that hour because I knew this guy was different. Before he left for the training course, I took a leap of faith and asked him to make it official. He said yes, of course! Since then, we've been to San Antonio, Fayetteville, NC and heading back to Texas in July since Matthew has graduated from CRNA school!! Prior to school, Matt and I enjoyed travelling (Pigeon Forge, Dominican Republic, and Cancun) and watching the Atlanta Braves together. One of our very first dates was at Taco Mac to watch the Braves win the 2021 World Series. I was elated; He, a since converted Yankee fan, was just as excited. We yelled and shouted, did fist bumps with random strangers at the bar, took pictures with said strangers, and celebrated the win together. I knew then that we had something special. We also really enjoy hating on the others chosen football teams. I'm still trying to work my magic on that one. Go Dawgs!

The past 3.5 years have been hectic with our schedules but we're looking forward to starting our married lives together in December! Matthew and I are so excited to share our big day with you. Love y'all!
