Yes! If you choose to not book your stay at Oglebay, there is a Hampton right down the hill with 10 rooms available to book for Saturday 07/26 only. Please book by June 18th. Number: (304) 233-0440 Room Blocks are under Emily Cochran & Ryley Nield There are also plenty of hotels around Wheeling that should have availability for the weekend but rooms are not blocked off!

4 pm! Yes - You can drive straight to the ceremony if you want then once the ceremony is over you can check into your room, freshen up, then head back down to the lobby, walk towards Glessner, & enjoy cocktail hour! The reception will begin tentatively an hour after the ceremony. Early check in may be available. Please contact the lodge closer to the wedding date for more details. There will be a shuttle to transport guests from the main lodge to the Formal Gardens, then will transport back when the ceremony concludes.

Our wedding reception will feature a delicious buffet-style dinner.

Yes! Please make sure someone is the designated driver and no one drinks and drives! It’s about an hour and 30 minutes away from surrounding Pittsburgh areas.
