Our Wedding

Nevin and Emily’s love story began in 2018 when they met as neighbors in an apartment building in Henderson, NV. Emily, a Las Vegas native, was attending UNLV, while Nevin had recently moved to the city for his role as a field engineer with Mortenson, working on Allegiant Stadium. After a year of friendship and growing closer, Nevin invited Emily to embark on a new adventure with him in Saint Louis for his next job. Without hesitation, they embraced the journey together. Over the past six years, they have traveled from city to city, making incredible memories, meeting lifelong friends (many of whom are part of their wedding party), and cherishing every moment on the road with their beloved dog, Bazil. On November 11, 2023, during their time in Cleveland, Ohio, Nevin asked Emily to spend forever with him, and she happily said yes. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all their loved ones in September!

While this day is all about the bride and groom, it's also a chance to meet the incredible people standing beside them as they step into this next chapter. These are the friends and family who have shared in the moments that make up their story. Get to know them a little here—and even more on the big day!

Karli and Emily met in St. Louis while she was working with Nevin at the Soccer Stadium. After a year of missed introductions, they quickly bonded over espresso martinis, live country music, and wine-fueled dating shows.

Their friendship has only grown stronger since moving to Cleveland together. Karli is always Emily’s first call on a tough day, knowing exactly how to turn things around—and the best partner for a spontaneous night out.

Effortlessly lovable, Karli is the only person Emily could imagine standing by her side on her wedding day.

Basheir and Nevin met in Saint Louis while working together at the Major League Soccer Stadium there. Friendship grew as Basheir taught Nevin how to play disc golf and Nevin returned the favor by teaching Basheir how to play ball golf. Just as many hours were spent on proper swing form as were lost waking up at 3 am for a First Run Kastaplast disc. No matter the day, time, or place, Basheir will forever be the one to support Nevin in his life and career... but also his desire for ice cream at nine o'clock in the morning as if that isn't reason enough to be best!

Ellen was one of the first people Emily met through Nevin’s job when they worked together at Allegiant Stadium. They later moved to St. Louis together, quickly bonding over brunch, queso, and margaritas.

Their friendship grew even stronger when Ellen found out she was having identical twin girls—especially after years of Emily doing anything but selling the fun of twins! Despite the distance, they still call each other every morning on their way to work, keeping their connection as strong as ever.

Bringing you back to where the friendship began... First Semester, Fall 2013, Michigan Tech, Intro to Engineering, Andrew ended up in a semester-long group with Nevin. Even though they chased different engineering disciplines, they made sure to have as many classes together as possible and spent the final couple of years as roommates. You can ask anyone that went to Michigan Tech but between Andrew, Nevin, and their friend Wyatt, everyone in Rodeo Burritos knew their order by heart and the only question was "guac or no guac?". Ski trips and plenty of time chatting about cars, games, and careers, these two will be friends forever, even if Clarkson, May, and Hammond stop making new seasons of The Grand Tour.

Surprise! Emily is an identical twin! And, of course, she wouldn’t say “I do” without her other half by her side. For 26 years, Rebecca and Emily have shared a bond filled with endless love—and plenty of sibling battles. Though they’ve always been close, adulthood has brought them even closer (with fewer fights!).

Wyatt also attended Michigan Tech with Nevin. They were first introduced in the dorms because Wyatt was Andrew's roommate. The friendship between Andrew and Wyatt quickly bolstered Wyatt and Nevin's and with a few others, the squad was formed.  You always hear of a couple that started as "the friend of a friend" Well in a non-romantic way, that friend of a friend is now an irreplaceable member of Nevin's life and will be forever. If you need a good recipe, a vent session, or just want to chat, Wyatt is your guy. If all goes well you'll get to see some of his signature finger guns on the dance floor!

Like many other bridesmaids, Emily met Abby through Nevin—though, given that Abby works in MEP with him, it’s even more shocking how long it took! They met in St. Louis along with Karli and quickly bonded over the love they have for the kitchen and all things that come with that such as a dream Le Crustiest collection 

Emily, Abby, and Karli are three peas in a pod, always up for Bachelor nights and espresso martinis whenever they can.

Nevin met Brandon when he arrived at Progressive Field in 2022. Brandon joined the team as a superintendent placed in an engineering role. Not his cup of tea but he and Nevin bonded quickly and Brandon stuck around to support Nevin every day on and off the project site. Maybe it's the fun-having personality, maybe it's the top-notch smile and laugh combo, or maybe it's the love of Nevin and Emily's favorite places, but he can easily light up the room and was quickly considered to be family to Nevin and Emily. He is a die-hard Radosevich fan and puts up with Nevin's lack of movie quote knowledge. Stop by this guy's booth on the 6th, he's giving out free hugs!

We suggest booking any Airbnb or hotels outside of our room block directly in Cambridge or near our hotels in Blaine. Cambridge does not get Ubers so we suggest booking close where you can use the taxi service or hop on our shuttle and Uber from the drop-off in Blaine!

Accommodations

DAY OF SHUTTLE SCHEDULE Please be prompt to the shuttles as they will only be doing one trip to the venue prior to the ceremony due to the distance. Reminder, Ubers that will take you to Cambridge are limited and unlikely ONLY ONE PICK UP WILL OCCUR GOING TO CEREMONY.Please do not miss this shuttle!Shuttle Pick up at Fairfield Inn at 2:30pmShuttle Pick up at Best Western at 2:35pm Shuttles will be departing from the venue back to the hotels at 8pm, 9pm &amp; 11pm. If you decide to park at Pinewood and have a little too much fun, all cars must be picked up by noon on Sunday.

Cambridge isn’t as close to civilization as you might think, so please don’t rely on Uber or Lyft as your go-to transportation. Ceremony will start at 3:30pm
