What will the weather be like?
Wyoming in July is beautiful! We can anticipate the day to be sunny, warm (70s-80s), and breezy. That said, temperatures can drop when the sun sets. A light jacket or shawl is recommended if you plan on partying late with us!
Where should I stay?
Please check out recommended hotels on the Travel tab.
How should I get to the venue?
There is secure parking at the venue. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be a sign over the gate that says "Deerwood Ranch." Drive underneath this sign and continue for about a mile. You will drive through 2 more gates before coming to a fork in the road. Turn to the right over the bridge and you will see a red barn, which is where we will be hosting the ceremony and reception. There will be signs guiding you to the parking area.
What should I wear?
Wyoming formal!
For the gentlemen, this could mean boots, nice jeans or slacks, and a button-up shirt. Cowboy hats, jackets, and/or vests would fit right in!
For the ladies, a blouse or a sundress would be perfect. Please note that the ceremony is outdoors, so if you envision heels with your outfit, chunky heels are recommended over stilettos.
Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture this moment with us, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow our loved ones to be present with us and to minimize distractions. Our professional photographer is incredible, and will be capturing all the moments to share with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I take photographs during the reception?
Absolutely!
However, we kindly request that you refrain from sharing photos of the bride and groom on social media, until we share our first picture as Mr & Mrs.
What if I have a dietary requirement?
Please reach out to the bride and groom directly, so we can coordinate with our amazing catering crew. Also, please note any dietary requirements on your RSVP.
Will you be serving alcohol?
Yes - we will have beer and wine. It will be a open, self-serve bar, so the only person to blame your hangover on is yourself!
Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?
Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
