The ceremony begins at 1 p.m sharp. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Mrs. Dahl says not to be later than 12:45. "Don't be tardy for the party". - Jill Dahl
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. For this dress code, men typically wear a suit and tie and women typically wear knee-length, midi or maxi dresses. Please no jeans or white attire. The bridal party will be wearing black.
IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE VENUE?
Yes! There is special wedding parking is on Beach Club Road before main guard house entrance. CIC shuttle drivers will pick up and deliver guest to Pavilion.
WILL THERE BE ANY TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?
Yes! We will have a shuttle providing transportation between the the hotels and reception spaces throughout the night. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information on shuttle times.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
We have a strict guest list due to limited capacity space. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We love kids, especially your little ones! However, our wedding and reception is an adults-only event.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We have hired a professional photographer to capture the special moments. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to fully experience the moment. The couple would really like an unplugged wedding ceremony.
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP no later than August 31st so we may plan accordingly with our vendors.
