- Please arrive by 5pm. Park in the main parking lot and come in the side door of the main building, "the Sheriff's Office". The staff will greet you and give you a ticket to hop upon a horse-drawn wagon which will bring you to the wedding venue. The wagons will start heading to the venue at 5pm sharp. A shuttle vehicle is also available for anyone needing a more accessible vehicle.

- The dress code is "smart casual" (I interpret this as dress pants and dress shirts as opposed to jeans). The ceremony is outdoors but the reception is indoors.

-Throughout the evening, transportation will be provided to take you back to the parking area where you left your vehicle. The last shuttle leaves at 11:45pm.

- There are a limited number of overnight accommodations available. If one has been reserved for you, the bride or groom will contact you with details.

- Hatfield Farm provides unlimited non-alcoholic drinks including coffee, tea, pop, and water. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, but they cannot be in glass bottles.
