Ty and Emily met how most people meet these days, on a dating app. While both parties were quite apprehensive going into the first date, that first meeting lasted for over four hours and multiple restaurants (the first one closed for the night before they even ordered their meals!!). There was never an awkward pause or subject that could not be touched on. Ty would say it was love at first meeting, Emily is not quite that romantic lol.

Since that first date, it really has been history. Everything going forward just made sense. There has never been a subject too hard to talk about or a time that they have not been able to laugh it off. Through the highs and lows of the last several years--and there have been many of both--they have tackled life together.
