Think sophisticated attire, however, black tie is optional but, not required. Dressy casual attire, flowy dresses, comfortable shoes, and outfits that embrace the rustic charm of the barn venue. Cowboy hats and boots also optional. Please avoid wearing white. The bridal party will be in dark blue and burnt orange (if that matters for your color choices!). We invite you to dress to impress!

We kindly request that guests refrain from bringing additional plus ones or guests unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Our wedding celebration has been carefully planned to accommodate our closest family and friends, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We appreciate your understanding as we've opted for an adults-only celebration. While we adore all the little ones in our lives, we've chosen to limit attendance to adults only for the ceremony and reception.

We have chosen not to provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. Please note that the wedding venue is in a rural area and Uber/Lyft will likely not be available, so please plan your ride home accordingly! Cars may be left in the venue parking lot overnight. If you plan to leave your car at the venue overnight, please plan to come back before 11 AM on Sunday (8/31/25) to pick your car up.

We have arranged a block of hotel rooms at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Warsaw, NY, which is about a 12 minute drive from the venue. Please see the "travel" tab on our website for more details regarding the room block info. You may book a room for the entire weekend or just one evening, please call the hotel to set this up for yourself. If you do not want to stay at the hotel, and you own a camper/RV and/or a tent, you are also welcome to stay at the venue this way. Please inform Emily at the beginning of August if you plan to bring in your camper/RV or tent so we can discuss where those would be set up at the venue space.
