Cocktail attire! For our summer wedding, our ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn of the Eisenhower House & the reception will be held in a tent. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a formal cocktail dress or dressy separates. Lawn compatible shoes are highly encouraged!

There will be a full, open bar! Please remember to bring your ID if you are over 21 & would like an adult beverage.

Yes! The Eisenhower House has plenty of parking spaces around the back of the house. Additionally, Fort Adams has a large parking lot with plenty of spaces that is a short walk to the venue. If you park in the lot at the Eisenhower House, you will not be permitted to leave your car overnight. If you park in the lower lot at Fort Adams, your car can stay parked there overnight. Ubers are highly encouraged if you are planning on drinking!

Our ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. We recommend that guests arrive roughly 20-30 minutes early to get settled at the venue. Newport is known for its traffic in the summer and we would hate for you to be late! If you do arrive late & the ceremony is in progress, you will not be permitted to enter.
