On the evening of our wedding, we will provide a trolley (see photo above) to transport our guests between the hotel and wedding venue. The trolley will be available from 5:15-5:45pm in front of the hotel. Our ceremony will begin at 6pm sharp and we request that all guests arrive by 5:50pm so that you have enough time to find a seat. The trolley will also be available at the end of the night to take guests home.

Alternatively, the walk from the hotel to museum is only 0.2 miles and approximately 4 minutes. Ride share options are also available.

For anyone arriving with a large group, Super Shuttle offers a private car for up to 6 people with 6 pieces of luggage for roughly $80 or a private van for up to 10 people with 10 pieces of luggage for $218 from the Tampa Airport to The Galaxy Hotel. Alternatively, Uber and Lyft car share options are typically around $40 - 65 from the Tampa Airport to the Galaxy Hotel.
